You can open it and you can use it. Our guarantee is not conditional on the product coming back unopened. These formulas take months to do their work, so actually taking them is the entire point. An opened box or a partly used bottle is still eligible for a full refund within its window.
1. Email us. Write to susan@liveoptimum.co and tell us the product, the quantity, and what did not work for you. A real person reads every message, and we will send you the return address.
2. Send it back. Package the item securely, in its original packaging where you can. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for providing return labels.
3. Send proof if you have it. A photo of your return receipt emailed to susan@liveoptimum.co gets your refund moving sooner. Otherwise we process it once the return reaches us.
Once we have received your return, or the photo of your return receipt, your refund is processed to the original payment method and appears in 5 to 14 business days.
We comply with all applicable laws regarding returns and refunds, and we reserve the right to update this policy to meet legal requirements.
