Shipping policy

We process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier and marked as “Shipped,” ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer.


Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery

If a carrier makes one or more delivery attempts and the package is marked as “Failed Delivery,” “Attempted,” or “Undeliverable” due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal, the order is considered fulfilled. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information and availability for delivery.


Returned Shipments

Refunds are only issued once the original order has been successfully returned to our facility and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Replacements

Replacement shipments are provided at our discretion. If a replacement order is successfully delivered, the original order is considered resolved and non-refundable.


Chargebacks & Fraud

Initiating a chargeback for an order that has been successfully delivered or replaced constitutes fraud. We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks with carrier delivery confirmation, replacement fulfillment records, and customer communication.
